Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of Services

The company offers the following services:

  • Web application development
  • Website design and development
  • E-commerce store creation
  • Custom solution integration
  • Support and maintenance

2. Payment Terms

Definition of the Budget

Before starting the project, a detailed budget will be defined in a document that includes all the services and requirements requested by the client. This budget must be reviewed and approved by both parties before starting the work.

Payment Method

Payment for the services rendered is done in two parts:

  1. 50% of the total amount at the start of the project, once the budget is approved, to cover planning and development costs. This percentage is negotiable based on the terms agreed with the client.
  2. 50% of the total amount upon final delivery of the project, once the client approves the work.

Payment must be made within 7 days after receiving the invoice.

3. Review and Changes

The client may request changes to the project under the following conditions:

  • Included changes: Up to 2 requests for adjustments without extra charge.
  • Additional changes: If the client needs more changes after the 2 requests, an additional fee will be charged, which will be agreed upon before proceeding.

At the end of the project, once delivered, minor adjustments or changes can be made at no additional cost, as long as they are within the original agreement.

4. Materials and Resources

The client is responsible for providing all materials necessary for the development, such as:

  • Content: Texts, images, videos, and any other materials required for the project.
  • Access: Credentials for accessing services, platforms, or external tools required for the project.
  • Additional requirements: Any additional resources the client deems necessary for efficient development.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by the lack or delay in the delivery of these materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of the code, designs, and materials will be transferred to the client, who can use, modify, or distribute them.

The company reserves the right to include the work in its portfolio for promotional purposes. The code will be delivered in a private repository or in the format preferred by the client.

6. Contract Cancellation

The client may cancel the contract at any time, but must cover the costs of services already rendered up until the cancellation point:

  • Cancellation before the start of work: 100% of the initial payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellation after the project has started: The initial payment will not be refunded. The remaining balance will be adjusted based on the project’s progress.

7. Post-Launch Support

Support will be provided for 30 days after the final delivery to correct any issues or bugs arising from the original code. After this period, support will be provided at an additional fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or any other damage arising from the use of the provided services, except in cases of direct negligence.

9. Modification of Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the client and applied to new projects or renewals.
